My story

I’m taking on the Aspire Channel Swim 2026, swimming 28KM, on the 3rd of October, with a fundraising target of £350 for Aspire.

I was a competitive swimmer for over 12 years and have been doing this challenge for over 8 years. I’ve completed it three times before, progressing from 2 weeks, to 1 week, to 2 days. This year, I’m aiming to complete the full 18 miles in one session.

Aspire supports people affected by spinal cord injury, providing essential equipment, advice and housing to help people live independently. Every two hours, someone in the UK is paralysed by a spinal cord injury, so the work Aspire does can make a huge difference to people and their families.

It’s going to be a big challenge, but hopefully I can raise £350 for a great cause along the way.

Any donations would be massively appreciated. Thank you for the support!!🌟
