Anyone and everyone can get involved in our UK swimming challenge, helping us to support people affected by spinal cord injury. It doesn't matter how you swim, it doesn't matter where you swim. The important thing is that you pull up your costume, pull on your swimming cap and get in the water! Last year our charity swimmers raised over £580,000! This year we want you to help us do even better. Come on, dive in and embrace the swimming challenge. The only thing in your way is water.
