Wouldn't it be great to be able to say "I swam the English channel"?
Swim the distance of the English Channel and raise money for people paralysed by spinal cord injuries. Join the challenge on your own, in a team, or with your class or colleagues and take on the 22 miles in your local pool, in your own time!
Every swimmer who raises over £50 will be entered into a ballot to win a fantastic SwimTrek day trip, and there are plenty of fundraising ideas and prizes up for grabs for all our swimmers.
