What’s involved?

Swim the distance of the English Channel and raise money for people paralysed by Spinal Cord Injury. Join the challenge on your own or in a team and take on the 22 miles in your local pool, in your own time.

When and where can I take part?

Take part in the challenge between 12th September and 5th December in your own time at your local pool.

Why swim for Aspire?
